Delivery Timeline

• The standard delivery timeline for most products is 7 to 12 working days, excluding Sundays and government holidays.
• We ship across India. International shipping is available upon request—please contact us for details.
• Some products may have a shorter delivery timeline of 7 to 9 working days. The exact delivery estimate will be mentioned on the product or shared during order confirmation.
• If you require express or expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order to check availability and additional charges.
• KS Designs is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier partner issues, strikes, or regional restrictions.
• In case delivery fails due to unreachable contact numbers, locked premises, or other customer-related reasons, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Customization & Returns

• All customized and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Any claims related to incorrect or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• To process a claim, customers must provide a complete unboxing video, recorded from start to finish, clearly showing the issue or defect. Claims without a full unboxing video will not be accepted.

• As our products are handcrafted and customized, slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur compared to images shown on our website or social media.
• Each product is uniquely made, and such variations are a natural part of the handmade process.
