Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply.
Customized Products
- No returns or refunds are accepted for customized or personalized products
- This includes products made using customer-provided photos, names, or custom text
- Since these items are specially made, they cannot be resold
Photo Frames (Glass Damage Policy)
- If the glass of a photo frame is damaged during transit, we do not accept a full return
- Replacement glass will be sent free of cost
- Customers need to pay only the reshipping amount
- You can replace the glass locally using the provided replacement
Toys – Return & Replacement
- To be eligible for a return or replacement, a full unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must start from sealed package opening
- Be clear and continuous
- Have no cuts, edits, or pauses
- Without a proper unboxing video, return or replacement requests will not be accepted
Refund Policy for Toys
- Only the product amount will be refunded
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Replacement Option for Toys
- You can keep the damaged toy
- Pay only the shipping charges
- We will send a new toy as replacement
